Gîte de la Borde: Accommodation and Prices

Gîte de la Borde is a 200 year-old stone and wood-beamed farmhouse in the small, rural village of Loubières . We live in the adjoining barn. It is quiet and private. Gîte de la Borde is newly-converted, and comfortably and unfussily furnished.

Accomodation

The Gite: will comfortably sleep 10. The bedrooms are large, however, and it is possible to add further beds. Twins can be coverted to singles, and cots are provided.

1st Floor Kitchen/Dining Room: Newly fitted, fully-equipped kitchen, with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave, Dining table and chairs.

Living Room: Large, beamed room with two sofas, wood-burning stove, TV DVD player and video

2nd Floor Bedroom 1: twin bed, single bunk bed

Bedroom 2: double bed, shower cubicle

Bathroom: bath with WC, basin

3rd Floor Bedroom 3: twin bed

Bedroom 4: single beds x 2

Bathroom: bath with shower, WC, basin

Outdoor Facilities

Front garden, parking for 3 cars. Rear garden, enclosed rear garden tables and decked barbecue area. Shady area for hot summer days, above-ground alarmed swimming pool and hot tub. Trampoline, climbing frame and playhouse.

Barn with climbing wall and fully equipped bike workshop.

2011 Prices

The price for Gîte rental is UK pounds per week. Children sleeping in cots free. There is a £50 per week heating supplement from 7 October.. We can also accomodate larger groups - please enquire.

Changeover day. From 25 June - 9 Sept we let weekly Saturday - Saturday, with arrival after 4pm and departure before 10.30am (unless otherwise agreed). However we will be as flexible as possible about booking arrangements, and try to fit in with flight times and other requests

Deposit. We request a 25% deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due 6 weeks before arrival.
