Combine a walk with a relaxing trip to a Thermal Spa
The newly opened spa at Ax-les-Thermes, Les Bains du Couloubret, has the warmest water in the Pyrénées. It is rich in sulphur, silica and sodium and it has been used for centuries to treat illnesses. There is a range of treatments such as massage available or enjoy the sauna, steam-room, Jacuzzi and the pool.
Yoga
Stretch out after a walk with some Yoga, based in a private studio in Froix with a qualified teacher. We can cater for all levels - relaxing and challenging!
